Operational Platform Specialist

is responsible for the operating, planning, and continued configuration of software platforms that support business operations at Rocky.

This role requires an ability to understand Rocky's operations with sufficient technical knowledge of software platforms to operate and adjust as required, and manage relationships with third-party suppliers.

Management of software platforms to support the business

Serve as the primary liaison with system and platform partners and vendors, overseeing relationships and leading contract negotiations

Lead project management for upgrades, feature adds/changes, implementation of new platforms, modules, and/or functionality.
