Requirements
15+ years in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, or Category Marketing leadership, with a strong preference for experience in Identity, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Technology.
Demonstrated ability to define or redefine a category narrative
Ability to see shifts before they are obvious and translate macro trends (AI, regulation) into strategic positioning
Connects messaging to pipeline outcomes, understands enterprise sales complexity, and brings analytical rigor to GTM prioritization
Develops high-performance PMM talent and implements repeatable frameworks across the entire lifecycle without slowing innovation

$194,686 to $288,423
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities
Ping is entering its next phase of growth at large enterprise revenue scale.
We are seeking a visionary VP of Product & Solution Marketing to define market narratives, shape category leadership, and translate strategy into revenue impact.This is a market-defining role where you will act as the strategic headlights of the industry, staying ahead of dynamic shifts.
You will partner closely with the CEO, Product, and Sales to identify high-leverage opportunities and ensure Ping leads in Identity, particularly as AI reshapes the landscape.
