Server Assistant

Basic knowledge of bar equipment, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is a plus.

A successful barback thrives in fast-paced environments, supporting the team proactively and responding quickly to the bar’s needs.

This role is a great entry point for those interested in learning more about bartending and customer service within the hospitality industry.

Maintain a fully stocked bar by ensuring supplies like glassware, ice, garnishes, mixers, and alcohol are readily available throughout service.

Restock items quickly as they deplete.

Assist in setting up the bar at the start of the shift, including organizing equipment, arranging supplies, and preparing garnishes and other essentials.

Keep the bar area, equipment, and storage areas clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift.

This includes wiping down surfaces, washing and drying glassware, and sweeping/mopping floors as needed.

Support bartenders by fetching and delivering drinks, ingredients, and supplies quickly.
