As a Compliance Specialist, you'll play a critical role in overseeing the MaineGeneral Health Compliance Program, supporting departments with expert guidance and ensuring alignment with the federal and state regulations.

Audit clinical documentation and revenue cycle processes, recommending and monitoring corrective actions.

Develop and deliver compliance education across all workforce levels.

Research coding, billing, and documentation requirements to support departments.
