Requirements

Responsibilities
We're looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Process Engineer to join our team in Salisbury, United States. In this role, you'll play a critical part in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring they operate within established parameters while maintaining the highest quality standards. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction, drive continuous improvement, and implement robust process solutions that align with our business strategy. Implement, evaluate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure they remain within established parameters and deliver consistent product quality
Support new product introduction by providing process expertise throughout the development lifecycle and facilitating technology transfer to operations
Develop and document comprehensive process methodologies, creating clear training materials to enable smooth knowledge transfer to operations teams
Establish, document, and maintain robust preventative maintenance plans for critical processes and equipment to maximize uptime and reliability
Conduct root cause analyses utilizing established problem-solving tools and methodologies to identify and resolve process issues efficiently
