Develop and maintain curriculum for SKS/LG products used at all SKS Experience & Design Centers/Showrooms.

Deliver product presentations and ensure proper display onsite.

Coordinate the implementation of surveys and regularly report survey results for all trainings and events.

Communicate effectively with showroom guests and internal sales and showroom teams to steward agendas and manage group events onsite.

Ensure setup of necessary materials for trainings and events, including brand and product collateral to supplement training.

Manage product assets onsite, including new product installations, and work with the product team to align showroom products with the training curriculum.
