Responsibilities
Long Term Care is a unique experience, when you come to work you are coming into a Resident’s home.
If you were working for us as an RPN, here are some of the things you would have done last week:
Led your care team by delivering a clear, focused shift report, supervising and mentoring PSWs, and driving the priorities of the day.
Assessed, planned, and delivered care for residents with complex needs, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
Administered medications safely and accurately, while monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
Managed and documented pressure injuries using enhanced digital photography to track healing and drive better outcomes.
