Pre-Sales Consultant

Solid understanding of IT environments (Windows, basic Linux, networking, Active Directory).

Experience with endpoint management, ITSM tools, and SaaS or on-premise architectures.

Good understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.

Customer-oriented, proactive, and team-driven approach.

Knowledge of ITIL, experience with APIs/automation, or a background in software vendors or IT service companies
