Business Applications Specialist (Brazilian Portuguese Speaking)

Experience supporting enterprise business applications, particularly within

HR, Finance, ERP, or HRIS environments

Experience troubleshooting application issues and working with business users to resolve technical and functional problems.

Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, Microsoft Office, and application support best practices.

Knowledge of HRIS, ERP, or enterprise SaaS platforms.

Experience participating in system implementations, upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives.

Provide functional and technical support for Capco's HR, Finance, and related enterprise business applications.

Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve application issues while ensuring system stability and performance.

Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver system enhancements and process improvements.
