Requirements
A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
Completion of a post-secondary program with an emphasis in Culinary Management, plus a minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience in a similar role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Comfort learning and using manual and automated systems, with prior experience working with a variety of computer software programs.

Responsibilities
You’ll partner with the Department Manager to help lead the delivery of exceptional food and service experiences that reflect Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
Work closely with the Department Manager to execute departmental strategies and achieve stated goals and performance objectives.
Bring our food experience to life by preparing and cooking fresh offerings for our hot and cold bar and grill stations.
Support daily department operations to ensure excellent customer service, effective merchandising and rotation, adequate staffing coverage, and consistently high cleanliness standards.
Provide office and administrative support including inventory management, ordering, invoicing, scheduling, and payroll functions.
