Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.

Get hired into our Early Hire program remotely while you are still in school, and then work in Traverse City, MI after graduation!

What is the Nursing Early Hire Program?

Munson Medical Center is seeking to pre-hire the finest nursing school graduates!

Upon committing to the Early Hire program at Munson Medical Center you will receive $15000

, before you even begin your practice! Once you graduate you may choose to practice immediately as a graduate nurse and

once you have passed your boards, you will receive an additional $5000
