We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to lead delivery of our clinical and health economic messaging through commercial enablement, evidence generation, and market access strategy.

This role is critical in shaping payer strategy, supporting market access, and enabling commercial success as we scale.

You will partner closely with Clinical, Go-to-Market, Regulatory, Commercial, and Finance teams to translate data into compelling value narratives.

Define and lead US HEOR strategy aligned with commercial priorities and product roadmap.

Design and execute health economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, cost-utility).

Develop value dossiers, AMCP dossiers, and payer evidence packages.
