Reporting to a General Counsel, this role is responsible for supporting the business on a broad range of commercial and technology-focused legal matters, with a primary focus on drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, and partner contracts

Provide legal support on technology-focused transactions, particularly within hardware and semiconductor-related contexts

Support negotiations of agreements governed by US law and international frameworks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, finance, and engineering

Contribute to the development and improvement of standard contract templates and processes
