Responsibilities
The Payroll Specialist supports the payroll function by analyzing payroll data, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, and improving payroll processes and controls.
This position will act as a key partner to Payroll, HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency through analysis, auditing, and continuous improvement.
Support payroll processing activities by reviewing payroll inputs, outputs, and controls
Analyze payroll data to identify trends, variances, and cost drivers
Prepare and maintain recurring and ad hoc payroll reports for Finance and HR
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reporting and close activities
