Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
2+ years of procurement experience, preferably in MRO, construction engineering or manufacturing environments.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
Experience working with SAP systems in a high-volume manufacturing context.
Experience coordinating and supporting RFx processes, including drafting documentation, managing stakeholder input, and tracking vendor submissions.

Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with qualified MRO suppliers who can meet FII’s quality, delivery, and cost requirements
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure competitive agreements while adhering to company policies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with facility, engineering, operations, and finance to anticipate demand and align procurement strategy.
Develop data-driven reports using excel to support strategic decision-making by leadership
Maintain historical cost database to support accurate budgeting and benchmarking
Facilitate preparation and administration of RFx activities by gathering scope, requirements, and cost data from project teams
