Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities
Process Design and Improvement:
Analyze and redesign manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs. Collaborate with Product Engineers to establish balanced production lines.
Problem Solving:
Investigate and resolve operational issues such as bottlenecks or material variations that impact production performance.
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality assurance systems to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
