5+ years in program management, operations, food distribution, or a related field.

Nonprofit or food-sector experience is a strong plus.

Solid grounding in logistics, inventory management, and food safety.

The ability to support fundraising through grants, partnerships, and donor relations.

Comfort with digital tools: Google Workspace, CRMs, apps, and internal tracking systems.

A real passion for cutting food waste and advancing food security.

Lead operations at the Market

Own day-to-day operations at Hunts Point Terminal Market, keeping logistics efficient, food handling high-quality, and service reliable.

Manage scheduling, workflow, food quality control, and inventory.

Keep the program compliant with food safety and operational standards.

Jump into hands-on work when needed: sorting, loading, coordinating logistics, and operating warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.

Track goals, spot operational gaps, and put fixes in place.
