Responsibilities

The Project Manager works closely with the program/property management team and is responsible for managing design and construction projects ranging from small tenant renovations to major infrastructure upgrades.

Manage assigned projects from inception through completion to include scope development, procurement/oversight of design and construction services, permitting, coordination with vendors and tenants, and project closeout.

Projects may include: Tenant area renovations

Common area renovations

Landscaping renovations

Mechanical and electrical infrastructure upgrades
