Requirements

The Video & Creative Production Lead will own the creation of digital-first video creative primarily for paid media, and also for organic channels.

This role focuses on producing high-impact video designed to capture attention quickly, drive action, and support both performance-driven and full-funnel marketing campaigns.

You will partner closely with Creative, Media, and Analytics teams to ensure video creative is compelling, scalable, and continuously optimized based on business performance.

6+ years of experience in video production or creative roles focused on digital and advertising environments

Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-aware video creative

Proven experience optimizing video based on campaign and business performance
