Food Server - Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a server in an upscale, high-volume, or fine dining restaurant.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Clark County Food Handler Safety Training Card and Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card prior to start date.

Strong wine, spirit, and cocktail knowledge including varietals, vintages, ingredients, garnishes, and service techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of food and beverage, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to embodying the Zero Bond spirit and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all members & guests warmly and professionally, acknowledging special occasions, preferences, and membership notes.

Guide members through the menu by suggesting food highlights, seasonal dishes, wine pairings, and cocktail recommendations.

Execute the full sequence of service with professionalism in alignment with Zero Bond’s standards.

Maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods and dietary accommodations.
