Ability to travel extensively across Canada for the duration of the contract

Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules

Ability to perform physical production duties, including equipment handling

This role is the critical link between SALT's office-based Community team and on-site execution. The Community Manager ensures that all municipal coordination, permitting, public safety alignment, and local stakeholder integration translate seamlessly from planning into live event delivery.

You will travel with the tour and serve as the primary community liaison on-site ensuring commitments made during pre-planning are properly executed, maintaining strong relationships with local partners and authorities, and proactively addressing community considerations in real time. This is a relationship-forward, detail-oriented role for someone who thrives on the road, communicates with diplomacy and confidence, and understands how to balance regulatory compliance with meaningful local engagement.
