Olsson’s South Facility Engineering and Design Team is shaping the future of infrastructure across commercial, healthcare, education, and military environments.

Our Vertical Telecom team is at the heart of this transformation, designing the communication systems that power world-class facilities.

Olsson’s Information and Communication Technology Team supports the firm in a wide range of project types in providing design services for telecom, security, audio/visual, and fire alarm systems.

Lead the Charge: Drive daily operations of the Vertical Telecom group, setting performance goals that align with team and firmwide objectives

Supervise a dynamic and expanding group across multiple offices and states, fostering collaboration and technical growth.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, landscape architecture, or a related field preferred. An associate degree with equivalent experience will also be considered.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in telecom, low-voltage systems, or a related discipline.

At least 4 years of experience supervising technical personnel, with a proven track record of mentorship and team leadership.

Strong understanding of telecom design practices, building codes, and project delivery methods.
