Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline, or equivalent directly related industry experience (2 years industry experience = 1 year of college).

2–4 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or regulated industry environment.

Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Strong scientific, computer, and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and troubleshoot routine issues effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

Employee Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

Responsibilities:

• Perform HPLC and HS‑GC testing and support method maintenance (buffers, standards, mobile phases).

• Execute in‑process testing during manufacturing campaigns, including sample prep, integrations, data reporting, and sample tracking.

• Perform reagent-based bench tests (e.g., Kaiser).

• Support lab operations including housekeeping, consumable inspections, inventory management, and supply ordering.
