Nurse Practitioner – Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC)

Completion of an accredited educational program for nurse practitioners required.

Minimum of three years of current clinical nursing experience and two years experience in adult practice required.

$112,000.00- $162,500.00

In this position, the Nurse Practitioner will work within the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) to provide care for patients experiencing urgent psychiatric needs as well as maintaining a panel of patients receiving ongoing ambulatory care through the CBHC’s multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities will include providing crisis evaluations, diagnostic and psychopharmacology evaluations, and psychopharmalogical treatment.

As an expert professional, the Nurse Practitioner is responsible and accountable for the application of the nursing process, clinical practice, research involvement, consultative services, inter and intradepartmental liaison, education, leadership and patient care management.
