Requirements

3+ years in creative technology, digital art, or experimental media

Strong visual portfolio demonstrating creative excellence

Deep knowledge of the FLUX ecosystem - ComfyUI, common training frameworks, the tools practitioners actually use. Not surface-level familiarity, you should be a power user

Have deep knowledge of diffusion models and/or flow matching, including finetuning and distillation techniques that go beyond standard tutorials

Deep understanding of generative AI and diffusion models

Responsibilities

Create original creative work that pushes FLUX to its limits - experiments, visual explorations, and pieces that show what's possible before anyone else figures it out

Collaborate with the research and product teams from the start of training/product development to understand the core strengths of each new model/product and create assets that amplify and showcase these. You will also provide feedback to those teams throughout the development process on what needs to improve.

Bridge the gap between tech teams who develop the models/products and the creatives who’re the end users of the technology. Work closely with the tech teams to give them a better understanding of those properties of the model, that are highly valuable to creatives.

Produce high-quality creative assets for social media, events, and GTM that demonstrate model quality and build BFL's creative credibility

Build interactive experiences, installations, and proof-of-concepts for events and campaigns

Explore novel creative territory across video, 3D, animation, and real-time applications
