Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Recruiting Manager to serve as a key liaison between the business and recruiting focused on driving alignment, clarity, and execution across our GTM organization. This role is primarily focused on recruiting leadership, stakeholder partnership, and operating rigor, with approximately 20-30% hands-on recruiting to stay close to the work and the market.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on orchestration, influence, and building scalable recruiting systems, while still rolling up their sleeves when it matters.
Serve as the primary recruiting liaison to GTM leadership, ensuring tight alignment between business priorities, hiring plans, and recruiting execution.
Drive continuous alignment across GTM helping leaders make informed tradeoffs around prioritization, sequencing, and resourcing.
Lead recruiting strategy and delivery at the org level, translating business goals into clear recruiting plans, timelines, and expectations.
