Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities

Drive new owner-direct business development through prospecting, territory mapping, and consistent outreach.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships with building owners, facility managers, property teams, and industrial operators.

Manage and grow a personal book of business, focusing on renewals, expansion, and customer retention.

Conduct site visits, assessments, and discovery to identify service, maintenance, and retrofit needs.

Develop scopes and collaborate with Operations/Estimating to ensure accurate pricing and feasibility.

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals for maintenance agreements, equipment replacements, upgrades, and retrofit projects.
