Manage and grow a personal book of business, focusing on renewals, expansion, and customer retention.
Conduct site visits, assessments, and discovery to identify service, maintenance, and retrofit needs.
Develop scopes and collaborate with Operations/Estimating to ensure accurate pricing and feasibility.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals for maintenance agreements, equipment replacements, upgrades, and retrofit projects.
