Manufacturing Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Recent graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply

Equivalent combinations of education, internships, co-ops, or professional experience will be considered

5 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related technical roles preferred

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; internships, co-ops, and academic projects may count toward experience

Working knowledge of 2D AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

We are seeking a talented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new or improved manufacturing processes, driving efficiencies and quality improvements across our production facilities.

Responsibilities

Analyze, develop, and recommend design approaches to meet production requirements for new or improved products and processes

Create and coordinate the implementation of manufacturing process improvements

Conduct feasibility studies and introduce designs and drawings to the Manufacturing team

Initiate and lead CNC program optimization for manufacturing operations
