Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and prioritization skills

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $103,960 - $129,950. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.

Responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant to the Head of Product (HoP) and Chief Design Officer (CDO), you will provide comprehensive, high-leverage support to help drive Brex’s product strategy and positioning, design vision, and next phase of growth. You will manage the day-to-day operations of their executive offices, ensuring seamless communication, strong cross-functional alignment, and operational rigor across Product, Design, and Marketing.
You will be the steward of their time, managing complex calendars, prioritizing high-impact meetings, coordinating travel and executive engagements, and ensuring follow-through on critical initiatives. In addition to core administrative excellence, you will serve as a central partner across roadmap planning, product reviews, design critiques, and company wide launch moments. This role requires strong business judgment, exceptional organizational skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with discretion and professionalism.
Manage and prioritize the HoP’s and CDO’s calendars across multiple time zones, including internal and external meetings, interviews, and complex domestic and international travel.
Ensure the HoP and CDO are strategically prepared for meetings and speaking engagements by coordinating agendas, presentations, materials, and follow-ups.
Coordinate and facilitate team, leadership, and All Hands meetings, including preparing materials, capturing notes, tracking action items, and driving accountability to ensure alignment and execution.
