HR Specialist-Recruiting

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.

3–5 years of HR experience with emphasis on full-cycle recruiting; manufacturing background a plus.

Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS/HRIS, and interview coordination tools.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work location: Santa Clara, CA (onsite)

Manage full-cycle recruitment, run intake meetings, align on success profiles and advise on interview plans and market data.

Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, universities, and community partnerships to build diverse pipelines.

Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, and panel management.

Conduct structured phone or video screenings; gather scorecards and feedback; synthesize recommendations for hiring managers.

Coordinate offers, initiate background checks, and support onboarding and orientation logistics to ensure a smooth new-hire experience.

Track recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness) and share weekly updates to drive continuous improvement.
