: Experience in driving growth through lead generation.
ESP Experience
: Deep understanding of using and maximising value from ESPs (Email Service Providers), with a preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Communication:
Ability to contribute to creation of an affective communications strategy, covering all parts of the client lifecycle from awareness to advocacy.
Responsibilities
This role will report into our Head of Digital & CRM and play a crucial part in supporting our partnership journeys at Flagstone through CRM marketing activities driving acquisition, retention and loyalty. Working as part of a newly formed IFA (Independent Financial Adviser) Partnerships squad, your key responsibilities will be as follows:
Strategy:
Setting the communication strategy for Financial Advisers and Wealth Management partners, alongside the Squad leadership and oversees creation and optimisation of holistic customer journeys.
Data:
Using data/insight develop, deliver, and execute targeted partner experiences supporting the commercial goals of Flagstone.
