Experience That Matters

– At least 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in a clinical setting.

Leadership Background

– 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred, OR a strong track record of successful case oversight and Behavior Technician mentorship at Centria (minimum 2 years), with preference given to those who have mentored practicum students.

Crisis Management Skills

– Experience navigating challenging clinical situations and supporting teams through high-stress moments is highly valued.

– Earn a base salary of $100,000–$110,000, plus bonus opportunities (typically averaging $2,500/month), + a
