Responsibilities
The Program Director reports directly to the Chair of Undergraduate Prelicensure BSN Programs, with secondary consultation from the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs.
The Program Director is responsible for delivering a high quality academic programming for students.
Under the directorship of the Program Director, it is expected that the Program will be responsible for program compliance with all professional and accreditation standards, guidelines, and benchmarks consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the Jefferson College of Nursing.
The Program Director is accountable for successful teaching and learning practices within the Program.
Monitor formative and summative program evaluation metrics.
Develop action plans if standards, expectations, and benchmarks are not met.
