Requirements
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related analytics role, with direct experience in forecasting or predictive modeling
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau and/or Sigma, including data modeling, dashboard automation, and performance optimization
Experience building forecasting or predictive models (e.g., win-rate modeling, pipeline conversion analysis, regression-based forecasting) in a SaaS or subscription-revenue environment
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, Gong)
Familiarity with statistical concepts (e.g., regression analysis, cohort analysis, confidence intervals) as applied to commercial forecasting
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $ 77,000 – $143,000 per year, which represents the base pay the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. Actual pay within this range will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
Depending on the position, employees may also be eligible to participate in a company bonus or commission plan. Responsibilities
Our Revenue Operations team acts as the strategic bridge between Finance, Sales, and other go-to-market functions, ensuring alignment across forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
We are responsible for delivering accurate revenue projections, driving operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Senior Commercial Insights Analyst
to support our go-to-market teams with predictive modeling, forecasting, and performance analytics.
In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to build data models and forecasting frameworks — including pipeline conversion and win-rate analysis — that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
This individual contributor role will report directly to the Senior Director, FP&A and play a key part in shaping our revenue strategy.
