Learn precision welding techniques in one or more of the following areas: TIG ID, TIG OD, Laser ID, Part / Laser Marking with the goal of earning and maintaining your Operator Authorization(s).
Bring engineering drawings to life by following documented work instructions and crafting components that hit our exact specifications—precision and patience are your superpowers!
Get hands-on with machine set-ups and keep everything running smoothly by maintaining stable operating conditions.
Be proactive by monitoring production in real-time and making quick adjustments to tooling and machines to keep quality top-notch.
Make quality a priority by using micrometers, verniers, leak-check equipment, and keen visual assessments to inspect parts and ensure everything meets our standards.
Learn our basic computer systems to accurately record your labor transactions and keep all required entries accurate and up-to-date.
