Requirements
1-2 years’ experience in shipping/receiving, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including warehouse personnel, production personnel, and transportation providers, to achieve common logistics objectives.
Customer Focus: Dedication to meeting customer needs and expectations by delivering products on time, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of service quality in all logistical activities.
Responsibilities
Assist / Coordinate and monitor the transportation of goods ensuring timely delivery to customers and distribution centers.
Assist / Oversee outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and customers to facilitate smooth logistics operations and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements for domestic and international shipments, including customs clearance and export/import regulations.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments, and logistics operations.
Upload all shipping documentation, including pre-ship photos, packing slips and Bill of Lading (BOL) into WorkNet.
