Working Model:

Hybrid (2-3 days in-office per week or as per business needs)

to support the full employee lifecycle and partner closely with business leaders to drive a high-performing, engaged workforce.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring the effective delivery of HR programs while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Partner with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver HR programs effectively.

Provide HR insights and data to leadership to support informed decision-making.
