Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold team accountable

Lead daily operations:
Assist with store and restaurant workflows; follow up on cashier settlements, promotions, and shift coverage
Support & develop staff:
Coordinate training, manage schedules, coach team members, and model positive leadership
Deliver customer excellence:
Greet and assist customers, handle inquiries or complaints, and engage on the sales floor
