Atwell is growing, and we're seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Land Solutions, Payment Services Team in Southfield, MI.

This full-time, on-site role will primarily manage our client's landowner hotline — serving as the first point of contact for landowner calls and ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

Hotline Management (Primary Focus):

Serve as the main point of contact for our client's landowner hotline — answering calls, addressing inquiries, and ensuring landowners receive timely, accurate, and professional responses.

Collaborate with Financial Services Specialists to maintain strong relationships.

Conduct quality reviews, request supporting materials, and carefully review deeds, titles, and appraisals.
