The target salary range for this position is $143,000 - $160,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. Responsibilities
This role will report to the Product Lead for Incentive Experience.
This team owns the member-facing experience for paying for healthcare and being reimbursed for care by Garner.
In this role, you’ll be given wide-ranging responsibility to shape how Garner incentivizes members to visit top-performing providers, and how we improve the affordability and convenience of paying for healthcare for patients.
Build the operational engine and applications that will enable us to pay $100m+ in reimbursements in 2026 while scaling rapidly and maintaining exceptional quality of service
Embed deeply with members, employers, and operational teams to understand their pain points and develop product ideas
Drive new product and feature development from ideation to launch
