Responsibilities
The Benefits Enrollment Counselor is a key member of the Enrollment Success Team, responsible for guiding employees through the benefits enrollment process with expertise, empathy, and professionalism.
The Benefits Enrollment Counselor actively manages and completes benefit enrollments while delivering exceptional service through phone-based interactions and virtual presentations.
Guide employees through core and voluntary benefits enrollment, providing education, support, and enrollment assistance via inbound, outbound, and scheduled calls.
Educate employees on available benefit options through one-on-one consultations and client-facing webinar presentations.
Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge, enhance customer engagement, and support successful enrollment outcomes.
