Maintenance Technical Manager

At least 7 years of experience with overland and fixed conveyor systems.

Strong expertise in equipment reliability, predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring.

Experience leading root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.

Design and deliver structured training programs on conveyor operation, safety, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Mentor and coach employees, fostering technical growth and leadership skills across the team.

Lead reliability initiatives including condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and performance tracking.

Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and train the team in structured problem-solving methods.

Implement and monitor reliability KPIs to drive continuous improvement in system uptime and performance.

Create and maintain training manuals, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides tailored to the Dune Express system.
