Responsibilities
CAMP FLORENCE TRANSITIONAL FACILITY
This role provides a unique opportunity to lead a small, dynamic residential transition program for youth ages 16–24 as they prepare to successfully re-enter their communities.
The Camp Director oversees all aspects of operations in a 24/7 environment, including youth services, staff supervision, community engagement, safety, and equity-centered leadership.
In this role, you will establish and coordinate youth work programs in partnership with public agencies and private employers to expand employment opportunities for youth.
You will provide ongoing accountability to staff to meet facility service expectations, support the creation and maintenance of a Positive Human Development (PHD) environment, and ensure safety and security standards are consistently upheld.
