Responsibilities

The Distribution Manager is responsible for delivering a great brand experience to customers and team members, building a cohesive team while driving for results.

The Distribution Manager leads our day-to-day centralized distribution team and overseeing and optimize operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely distribution of product.

This role manages the flow, coordinating logistics activities, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.

Oversee daily operations of centralized distribution center, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order preparation, and outbound shipments.

Guide all aspects of day-to-day centralized distribution operations encompassing inbound, outbound, and supporting departments including special projects.

Assign work to centralized distribution associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, excellent customer service, a safe work environment, and efficient operation.
