Requirements
Experience with Workers’ Compensation claims, Leaves, Human Resources or safety incidents in a corporate, carrier or TPA setting is preferred.
Effective dispute resolution skills; can navigate through difficult and escalated conversations. while maintaining composure, showing empathy and finding a positive resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to communicate well with all personality types, as well as external vendors, and internal peers in a professional and collaborative manner.
Solid problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organizational skills - able to effectively track status of a variety of claims and utilize systematic organization tools to meet deadlines and manage workload.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with appropriate business units to identify possible work accommodations for employees released to work with physical restrictions.
Partner with the Leaves and Accommodations Team to appropriately status employees on leave due to work-related injuries.
The Workers' Compensation RTW Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all aspects of the Transitional Work Placement Program, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Issuing Temporary Job Offers to employees through Docusign.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding employee return-to-work processes.
Other duties as assigned.
