Effectively communicate verbally and in writing on a regular basis with internal and external customers, build relationships, manage customer expectations and take responsibility for a high level of service

Collect, organize, and analyze complex data to develop new conclusions and translate into actionable insights

Responsible for directing advancement operations, including donor data management, reporting, gift processing, and compliance.

Ensures the integrity, accuracy, and strategic use of donor information to support fundraising, stewardship, and decision-making.
