WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Student currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program for at least another 12 months and can dedicate 12 months toward this internship
Able to come onsite to our Fort Mill, SC Tire HQs 3 days/week (Mon-Fri)
Student working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Coursework in Accounting & Business
Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during normal business hours (Mon-Fri)

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Logistics Controlling Intern will participate in various activities to gain exposure to Continental Controlling and Logistics Operations processes and procedures. Intern is to support the Logistics Controlling group, working on various tasks related to Costing and Accounting, linking these to the Logistics operations, and the month end close process. Work consists of a variety of duties including account analysis and reconciliation, invoice coding and freight invoice automation, cost reporting, and may involve short assignments in other departments.
Activities to include but not limited to:
Invoice analysis and Coding
Journal entries
Running cost reports from systems
