Associate Director, Corporate Strategy

5–10+ years total experience, with at least 3–5 years in big pharma/biotech strategy, corporate development, portfolio strategy, and/or top-tier management consulting (MBB strongly preferred).

Strong understanding of drug development, clinical evidence, market access, and commercial dynamics—preferably in hematology, oncology, or immunology.

A fast learner with genuine intellectual curiosity and a willingness to quickly get up to speed on the rapidly evolving AI and technology landscape as it applies to biopharma commercial and medical operations.

Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-growing biotech environment with evolving priorities and high expectations for ownership.

High exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making, with a direct working relationship with the Head of Global Strategy.

Direct involvement across pipeline, portfolio, BD, AI/innovation, and corporate-level strategy initiatives.

The expected salary range for this position is $157,080-204,000. Actual salary pay will be based on multiple factors, including geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
