Responsibilities

As part of the

Interim Housing team

, the

Safety Support Associate

proactively works to ensure the Interim Housing site is a safe environment for all staff, program participants, and visitors. This includes monitoring the site’s facilities and grounds for any concerns, building rapport with participants to engage them in maintaining safety at the site, and providing assistance and support when crisis situations do arise. Additionally, this position assists with implementing security and support systems, protocols, and policies.
