Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of Workday administration/configuration experience, with a focus on reporting, analytics, and functional support across Benefits, Payroll, and HCM.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong experience in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, and Discovery Boards.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
The HR Analyst will play a role in optimizing our HR processes and data-driven decision-making. This individual will act as a subject matter expert and be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data, providing actionable insights, and supporting various HR initiatives and processes.
